Unique Building Partners was established in early 2014 to service the commercial and residential construction market in the Central Coast and Hunter Regions of NSW, Australia. In 2015 an opportunity developed with numerous major insurance companies for the rectification of minor and major loss damages to domestic and commercial premises. This opportunity lead to the engagement of multiple contracting supervisors to inspect, price and manage the works and ensure the repairs are completed professionally. With expansion into Northern NSW, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, Unique are now servicing insurance repairs from Western Sydney to the Sunshine Coast in QLD.
Both directors have worked predominately in the commercial sector of the Central Coast and Hunter regions for over 15 years and continue to complete commercial and residential projects of varying sizes in these areas. Their experience in this specialised market has led to the development of numerous relationships with local subcontractors and suppliers. As a result of their professionalism and fair dealings, a relationship with mutual respect continues to strengthen and allows our clients to receive reliable and efficient value on all of Unique Building Partners projects

ADAM LINDSELL [DIRECTOR + LICENSED BUILDER]
In the capacity of Construction Manager, Adam was responsible for the Construction Management of a 20 Bed Residential Aged Care extension together with the construction and fit-out of a Café, Laundry Facility, Commercial Kitchen Refurbishment and Entry and Office expansion and upgrade at the Vietnam Veterans Keith Payne VC Hostel.
