Gary Phillips
Managing Director
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Gary has honed his skills across residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and civil sectors. His journey began in 1999 as an apprentice carpenter, and after completing his apprenticeship in 2003, he went on to earn a Construction Management degree from the University of Newcastle in 2010. Since then, he's been fully immersed in the industry.
Gary has worn many hats over the years, from Carpenter to Leading Hand to Site Engineer, Estimator, and Project Manager. Gary’s been hands-on at every level, building a well-rounded expertise in all areas of construction. A highlight of his career was overseeing 38 school projects worth $44 million as part of the Building the Education Revolution program, showcasing his leadership and organisational skills. As a licensed builder, he’s known for his technical excellence, eye for detail, and problem-solving abilities. His innovative approach and focus on value engineering ensure that projects are delivered successfully, on time, and on budget.
Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his kids at sporting events, riding motorbikes, and enjoying the outdoors with friends and loved ones. He’s a respected figure in the construction world and a reliable leader with the experience to match it.
Adam Lindsell
Director
Adam is a licensed builder with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry across Sydney and regional NSW. His expertise spans Commercial, Residential, and Insurance projects, having worked in roles from General Carpentry to Project Manager and Construction Manager.
He has successfully managed projects up to $12 million in value and led 19 simultaneous education projects totalling $22 million. His leadership, organizational skills, and ability to resolve buildability challenges have earned him a reputation for delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
Known for his collaborative approach, Adam excels in stakeholder communication and has developed key internal systems for safety, quality, and environmental management. With a solid background in Aged Care, Education, Health, Residential, and Retail sectors, Adam is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and delivering exceptional results.
In his downtime, Adam enjoys the beach, great food and spending time with family and socialising with friends. He is passionate about giving back to the local community by supporting his children’s sport.
Gavin Mole
Construction Manager
With over 20 years of experience, Gavin began his career in residential and commercial construction, gaining expertise in project management and subcontractor coordination. Later specialising in luxury homes, managing projects over $2 million.
Gavin leverages his skills to deliver projects on time and within budget. Known for his strong communication and leadership, he fosters productive relationships with clients, contractors, and teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
In his spare time, he enjoys golf and spending time with his family and catching up with friends.
Nikki Nicol
Office Manager
Nikki is a seasoned Office Manager with over 20 years of experience in administrative management. She has a proven track record of streamlining office operations, boosting team productivity, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
Throughout her career, Nikki has supported executive teams across a variety of industries, providing the organizational expertise and support necessary for success.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys relaxing at the beach, travelling to new destinations and spending quality time with her family and friends.
